A new firm has been launched, specialized in the environment, renewable energy and maritime concessions

The firm Lavin Abogados & Consultores will be headed by Julio Lavin and his partners, Rodrigo Lavin, Andres Del Favero and Roberto Sepulveda.

A new law firm opened its doors today: Lavin Abogados & Consultores, led by Julio Lavin, a lawyer expert in the environment and maritime concessions.  He is a graduate of the law school of the Catholic University of Valparaiso and holds a Master in Political Science from the University of Chile.  Mr. Lavin has been a professor at the Catholic University of Valparaiso, the Catholic University of Chile and Los Andes University.  He has authored several publications and is a standing member on the arbitrator roster of the Santiago Chamber of Commerce.

The firm is comprised of Mr. Lavin and three other partners:  Rodrigo Lavin, a graduate of the Los Andes University Law School who holds a Master in Tax Management and Administration from Adolfo Ibañez University; Andres Del Favero, a graduate of the Catholic University of Chile Law School who earned an LL.M. from University of Pennsylvania; and Roberto Sepulveda, a graduate of the Catholic University of Chile Law School who holds an LL.M. from Tulane Law School.

The cornerstone of the firm will be strategic alliances with law firms expert in civil, commercial and criminal dispute resolution and technical-environmental, energy and engineering consulting, among other matters.
